Origine: Ferme expérimentale, Ottawa. Introduite en 1910. M.
prunifolia x Simbirsk No. 9. Fruit: petit, 46 X 43 mm, de type
pommette, presque arrondi; calice: persistant; pédoncule: très long;
peau: orange et écarlate; chair: plutôt juteuse, ferme, assez
croquante; saveur: aromatique, très légèrement astringente,
sub-acide; qualité: bonne; maturation: du 20 au 30 septembre à
Saskatoon. Pommier: très rustique, à croissance forte et à bonne
production.

stem: very long; skin: pale yellow
washed with scarlet; flesh: rather juicy,
firm, fairly crisp; flavor: aromatic, very
slightly astringent, subacid; quality:
good; ripens Sept.20-30 (Saskatoon, SK).
Tree: very hardy, strong grower,
productive.
