Origine: R. Harvey, Selah (Washington). Introduite en 1979. Semis de hasard
dans un verger de Red Delicious et de Golden Delicious. Fruit: attrayant, moyen
à moyen-gros; peau: jaune; chair: blanc-crème, un peu ferme, à texture fine;
saveur: épicée et piquante; qualité: bonne; utilisation finale: consommation en
frais, cuisine, transformation; maturation: le 25 août à Hemmingford (Québec);
entreposage: court. Pommier: rustique, avec un peu de bois non productif;
floraison: mi-saison.

attractive, medium to above medium size; skin: yellow; flesh:
creamy white, somewhat firm, fine texture; flavor: spicy and tangy;
quality: good; end use: fresh, cooking, processing; ripens Aug. 25
(Hemmingford, QC); storage: short. Tree: hardy, some blind wood;
bloom: mid-season.
